Pre-Owned Golf Cart 30 Day Limited Warranty
Limited warranty** begins on vehicle purchase date and extends for 30 days.
Dealer agrees to pay 100% of parts and labor to repair or replace defective power train or safety components within warranty period.
Defects Covered: Only defects that impair your vehicle’s use or safety are covered. Defects are not covered if they:
- affect appearance only;
- are covered by the manufacturer’s express warranty and the dealer assures that the repairs were made;
- are caused by negligence, abuse*, vandalism, off road, industrial, or commercial use, or accidents.
- are caused by repair attempts made by someone other than the dealer, its agent, or the manufacturer; or
- are caused by substantial change made by you to the vehicle (such as installing oversize tires/wheels beyond recommended motor specifications).
*A common form of abuse seen with golf carts is power train damage as a result of “creeping,” or the use of the accelerator instead of the brake to hold the cart idle on an incline. Ask your sales associate for further details if you are unclear, as damages resulting from this condition are not covered by your warranty.
